More on the stillness. It’s actually harder than the drama, but more rewarding in the long run. It’s hard work to be truly present, not relying on perpetual crisis to take us out of the moment. It’s always so hard to just BE. I can’t stand it!!!

What an amazing and insightful post. I know just what you’re talking about–I’ve had those feelings, too, albeit not about divorce. The stillness can be harder than the turmoil in some ways. But that’s when real peace comes, which has it’s own joy. xo
