		<description>More on the stillness. It&#039;s actually harder than the drama, but more rewarding in the long run. It&#039;s hard work to be  truly present, not relying on perpetual crisis to take us out of the moment. It&#039;s always so hard to just BE. I can&#039;t stand it!!!</description>
